The story behind Red Truck Seafood & the Alisha J
Red Truck Seafood is a family-run commercial fishing operation based in Hampton Bays, New York. Every trip, the Alisha J heads out into the Atlantic and comes back with the freshest seafood Long Island has to offer.
When we dock, we load up the red truck and head to our spot on Foster Avenue in front of Ponquogue Marina. No middleman, no warehouse — just fresh, wild seafood straight from the ocean to your table.
